Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Neil Raymond Donnell and Paul John McCormick, chartered accountants of Grant Thornton, were appointed liquidators of Kone Investments Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of February 2004 at 3.45 p.m.
A meeting of creditors will be held at the office of Grant Thornton Auckland Limited at 97-101 Hobson Street, Auckland, on the 17th day of March 2004 commencing at 2.00 p.m.
