Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 19th day of February 2004, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Southern Fare Limited be liquidated and that Russell Kelvin David Rodgers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of February 2004 at 11.00 a.m.
