Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 255 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, the following special resolution was duly passed on the 20th day of February 2003:
"Resolved this 20th day of February 2003 as a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, a declaration of solvency having been filed, the company be wound up voluntarily and that Evan James Taylor, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets."
