Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation
Pursuant to Section 222 of the Companies Act 1993
Company No.: DN. 897358 and DN. 565964 respectively.
On the 20th day of August 2003, it was resolved that Nader Investments Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Invercargill, be amalgamated into Commodore Development Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Invercargill.
It is proposed that the amalgamation occur on or before the 30th day of September 2003.
