Section 303 of the Companies Act 1955
Take notice that the Registrar of Companies proposes to restore the following company to the Register on the grounds that it was either carrying on business or some other reason existed for it to remain on the Register at the time of removal:
Virgo Enterprises Limited. Applicant: R. Fletcher, care of Cairns Slane Barristers & Solicitors, Auckland.
Any person who wishes to object must do so by notice to the Registrar at Private Bag 92-061, Auckland Mail Centre, or by facsimile on (09) 916 4559 by the 6th day of March 2003, being not less than 28 working days from the date of this notice.
