Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve described
in the Schedule as a scientific reserve and declares that the reserve be known as the Omaha Taniko Wetlands Scientific Reserve.
