Road, Dargaville
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Kaipara District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA56A/658, subject to memorandum of mortgage 5235134.4.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA92B/303, subject to memorandum of mortgage C. 871927.1 and caveat D. 051948.1.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA99C/336.
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA92B/305.
(f) Declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA92B/303, subject to memorandum of mortgage C. 871927.1 and caveat D. 051948.1.
(g) Declares the land described in the Seventh Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA99C/336.
(h) Declares the land described in the Eighth Schedule to this notice to be taken under section 119 and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register NA92B/305.
