Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of an urupa wahi tapu, to be known as Waihou Hutoia Urupa Wahi Tapu Trust for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Moa Hare.

North Auckland Land District
All that piece of land situated in Block XIII, Mangamuka Survey District and described as follows:
Area ha Being
0.1011 Waihou Hutoia F, being all of the land contained in certificate of title NA58D/63, North Auckland Land Registry heretofore held under Partition Order of the Maori Land Court dated 9 December 1943.
