HER EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, and sections 13 and 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council "Adding Land to Paparoa National Park" made on the 23rd day of July 2002 and published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 July 2002, page 2317, by omitting from the description of the land fourthly described in the Schedule to the said Order the area
"22.9274 hectares, more or less"
and substituting the area
"22.9247 hectares, more or less".
