Masterton District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest
in the Masterton District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), further declares:
(i) Sections 30 to 36 and 46 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 54A/90, subject to mortgage B. 458197.2.
(ii) Sections 37, 39 to 45 and 47 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 55D/552, subject to mortgage B. 781319.2.
(iii) Section 38 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 55D/551, subject to mortgage B. 775602.4.
(c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the severance described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken and vested in the Masterton District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
