Pursuant to sections 116 and 52 (4) of the Public Works Act 1981 ("the Act"), and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice shall be stopped as road and set apart for car parking purposes.

Plan 11588 and held by Crown Grant which was then vested in the Wellington City Council pursuant to section 152 of the Municipal Corporation Act 1908.
