A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for motorway purposes and to vest in the Crown
on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Wellington Land District-Wellington City
(a) 1 square metre; shown as "Section 3" on S.O. Plan 38222, being part of Section 115, Town of Wellington, and being part of the land in Deeds Index 12/660.
(b) 1 square metre; shown as "Section 4" on S.O. Plan 38222, being part of Section 115, Town of Wellington, and being part of the land in Deeds Index 12/660.
Together the two parcels described in this Schedule make up the balance of the land held in Deeds Index 12/660.
Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 3rd day of April 2003.
