Under section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes
the notice naming a reserve dated the 11th day of
November 2002 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 November 2002, No. 168, page 4239, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Naming a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby declares that the Government purpose (wildlife refuge) reserve described in the Schedule is to be known as the Mangawhai Wildlife Refuge.
