Pursuant to sections 338 (5) (d) and 340 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the class of persons for whose use or benefit the Maori reservation is held in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto, created by notice published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 21 May 1981, No. 62, page 1443, is hereby redefined to be held for the common use and benefit of Te Whanau-O-Wi Pere.
