In accordance with Regulation 21 (2) of the Raspberry Marketing Authorities (Dissolution) Regulations 1999, the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee has advised that it is satisfied that the requirements of Regulation 21 (1) have been complied with.
I give notice under Regulation 22 (1) that the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee is dissolved from the date of this notice.
