28 October 2003, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1979 Ford Falcon, Registration No. JE7369.
Against: Tereo Hoana Gibson.
1981 Honda Accord, Registration No. KI4941.
Against: Kevin Peter Cresswell.
1983 BMW 5201 Auto, Registration No. LH5431.
Against: Michelle Elizabeth Manihera.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
