The Registrar of the Electrical Workers Registration Board ("the board"), having been directed by the board, in accordance with section 139 of the Electricity Act 1992, gives notice of the following registered electrical worker having been disciplined by the board under Part XI of the Electricity Act 1992, and the effect of the decision or order of the board:
Prem Chand Singh, of Auckland, has been found guilty of a disciplinary offence. He has been censured pursuant to section 127 (2) (h) of the Electricity Act 1992. Prem Chand Singh was ordered to pay costs of five hundred dollars ($500.00) pursuant to section 128 of the Electricity Act 1992. The costs were to be paid by 4 October 2002.
