Pursuant to sections 87U (4) and 87Q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and section 41 (1) of the State Sector Act 1988, and to delegations from the Secretary for Transport dated 29 March 2000, I give notice that John Gibson Bradbury, Deputy Secretary Air Services in the Ministry of Transport, having received an application from Polynesian Limited, of Apia, Samoa (trading as Polynesian Airlines), has:
(a) granted that airline an open aviation market licence to carry on scheduled services and non-scheduled flights for an indefinite term with effect from
27 January 2003; and
(b) varied the scheduled international air service licence granted to the airline to provide for that licence to expire on 27 January 2003.
