Halliwells Securities Limited, as first mortgagee of a property situate at 181-185 The Square, Palmerston North (all C.T. C3/969, Wellington Registry) and owned by Westside Chambers Limited (in liquidation), hereby gives notice that on the 17th day of June 2003, it entered into possession (for receipt of income purposes) of the above property.
