the building known as the Westside Building), being the stratum estates in freehold within the meaning of the Unit Titles Act 1972, comprised in certificates of title 57A/812, 57A/813, 57A/814, 57A/815, 57A/816, 57A/817, 57A/818, 57A/819, 57A/821, 57A/822, 57A/823 and 57A/824.
The registered office of National Mortgage Nominee Company Limited is Level Twelve, 1 Queen Street, Auckland.
