Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the New Zealand Register
Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove the company from the New Zealand Register, under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
Any objections, under section 321 of the Act, to the company's removal from the New Zealand Register must
be delivered to the Registrar of Companies, Private Bag
92-061, Auckland, not later than the 6th day of May 2003.
