Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Administration of Deceased Estate
Take notice that the official assignee was appointed administrator of the deceased estate of Hay, John Hamilton, pursuant to Part XVII of the Insolvency Act 1967, on the 22nd day of October 2003.
Creditors please note:
(a) A bankruptcy update will be sent to all known creditors within 25 working days of the date of adjudication.
(b) A claim form (available from our web site) should be completed and forwarded to Private Bag 4751, Christchurch.
