Take notice that on the 14th day of January 2003, an application for putting Christina Properties Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 3rd day of March 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Martin John Hadlee, Mark Howard Kippenberger and Carey Graeme Wood (trading as Hadlee Kippenberger & Partners), whose address for service is at the offices of William Brown Law, 8 Durham Street (P.O. Box 166), Rangiora.
