Take notice that on the 20th day of October 2003, an application for putting The Last Footwear Company Shoemakers Limited (now called RSP Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 24th day of November 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The plaintiff is Footwear Industries Pacific Islands Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Penney Patel Law, 1 Kimberley Road (P.O. Box 26-344 or D.X. C.P. 32-521), Epsom, Auckland.
