Take notice that on the 28th day of August 2003, an application for putting NZ Gaming Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Napier.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 16th day of October 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Stargames Corporation Pty Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Hesketh Henry, Eleventh Floor, AXA Building, 41 Shortland Street (Private Bag 92-093 or D.X. C.P. 24-017), Auckland (Attention: Paul Reid Cogswell).
