Take notice that on the 12th day of March 2003, an application for putting H.L.Parker Trusts (1999) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 14th day of April 2003
at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is Stevensons Structural Engineers 1978 Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Wadham Goodman, Solicitors, 192 Broadway Avenue
(P.O. Box 345), Palmerston North.
