Protection Rules
Comments are invited on the following proposed maritime and marine protection rules developed under the Maritime Transport Act 1994:
Part 24B-Carriage of Cargo-Stowage and Securing
Part 91-Navigation Safety Rules-amendment
Part 124-Offshore Installations (Oil)-amendment
Part 130B-Oil Transfer Site Marine Oil Spill Contingency Plans-amendment
Part 190-Mandatory Ships' Routing-Areas to be Avoided
Various Parts-Marine Protection Rules-amendment
Comments on Part 91 should be made by 31 October.
Comments on other Parts should be made by 21 November 2003.
