Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
I, Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on the 10th day of December 2003.
The liquidation commenced on my appointment.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies
Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as liquidator of Southern Mountain Views Limited, I fix the 12th day of January 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded
from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
The directors have signed a certificate, under section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company is solvent.
