Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Kim Bennett, chartered accountant of Steve Bennett Associates, was appointed liquidator of Austral Holdings Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of December 2003 at 9.15 a.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 19th day of January 2004, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
