Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st day of November 2003 at 2.00 p.m., the above-named companies passed special resolutions, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the companies be put into liquidation and that Stuart Douglas Robertson be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of the above-named companies fixes the 12th day of December 2003, as the date on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
After this date, claims may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made or, as the case maybe, from objecting to the distribution.
