Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 21st day of October 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Reid's Cartage Limited be liquidated and that Grant Blackbourn, of Withers & Co Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 21st day of October 2003 at 10.00 a.m.
