Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
I, Grant Rae, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of Seafire Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 25th day of August 2003 at 9.35 a.m., in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
In accordance with section 245, I do not consider that a meeting of creditors should be held because I anticipate being able to pay creditors in full based on the advice
I received from the company directors that the company had a surplus of assets over liabilities and was able to pay all its debts at the date of my appointment.
No meeting of creditors will be called unless I receive notice in writing requiring me to hold a meeting of creditors from a creditor within 10 working days of their receipt of this notice.
