Jack Brian, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Auckland Consortium Of Theological Education
(in liquidation) on the 8th day of August 2003 at 10.00 p.m., pursuant to section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Auckland Consortium Of Theological Education (in liquidation) fixes the 30th day of September 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated charitable trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
