Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of June 2003 at 9.50 a.m., a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Brett Lachlan Campbell and Hugh Gregory Kasper, chartered accountants of Hudson Kasper, be appointed as liquidators.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 1st day of August 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
