On the 3rd day of March 2003 at 10.00 a.m., the shareholders of Reid Road Car Painters Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by the 4th day of April 2003.
