Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 5th day of May 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Roil Electrical Limited be liquidated and that Brian Mayo-Smith and Robert John Knox, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of May 2003 at 5.00 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that, as liquidators of the company, we fix the 6th day of June 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
