Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 29th day of April 2003, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kumeu Cellars Limited be liquidated and that John Charlton Aubrey, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of April 2003 at 12.30 p.m.
