Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is given that on the 28th day of March 2003, Phillip James Sunderland, solicitor of Palmerston North, was appointed liquidator by special resolution of the members of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of March 2003.
As at the date of appointment, the company is able to pay its debts.
