Philip M. Child, chartered accountant of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of Redman Group Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 20th day of February 2003 at 9.35 a.m. The liquidation commenced at this time.

Notice is given that as liquidator of the above-named company, I fix the 14th day of March 2003, as the last day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 20th day of February 2003, the director resolved that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts. Therefore, there will be no meeting of creditors.
