Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that Kevin Wilson and Tony Keogh, of HWI Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AAA House Check Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of February 2003 at 9.00 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to 100 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland, on telephone (09) 307 8500.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 31st day of March 2003, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
