Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal
Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given by Pharmacy One (North) Limited, Pharmacy One (South) Limited and Pharmacy One Limited of an amalgamation proposal affecting the companies.
Pharmacy One (North) Limited and Pharmacy One (South) Limited propose to amalgamate with Pharmacy One Limited effective from the 4th day of April 2002.
Pharmacy One Limited will be the amalgamated company.
Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of Pharmacy One (North) Limited or of Pharmacy One (South) Limited or of Pharmacy One Limited, or any person to whom Pharmacy One (North) Limited or Pharmacy One (South) Limited or Pharmacy One Limited is under an obligation, at the registered office of Pharmacy One (North) Limited and Pharmacy One Limited being Level Five, 50 Anzac Avenue, Auckland, and at the registered office of Pharmacy One (South) Limited being care of Ian Souster, First Floor, 11 St George Street, Papatoetoe.
A shareholder or creditor of Pharmacy One (North) Limited or of Pharmacy One (South) Limited or Pharmacy One Limited, or any person to whom Pharmacy One (North) Limited or Pharmacy One (South) Limited or Pharmacy One Limited is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to Pharmacy One (North) Limited or to Pharmacy One (South) Limited or to Pharmacy One Limited.
