Notice Calling Final Meeting of Members and Creditors
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 (unamended), and in the matter of Nationwide Computers (NZ) Limited (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of sections 290 and 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held on the Fifth Floor, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, on the 29th day of October 2002 at 10.30 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidators, be received and adopted.
Further Business:
To resolve, pursuant to section 328 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1955, that the liquidators be authorised to dispose of the books of the company and of the liquidators as they think fit.
Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote for them.
A proxy need not be a member or creditor respectively.
Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, 32 Oxford Terrace, P.O. Box 248, Christchurch, not later than Tuesday, the 29th day of October 2002 at 9.00 a.m.
