(in liquidation) will be held in the East Wing of the Great Lakes Centre, Story Place, Taupo, on Monday, the 16th day of September 2002 commencing at 1.30 p.m.

1. To confirm the appointment of the present liquidator.
2. To consider the views of the creditors.
3. To appoint a liquidation committee if appropriate.
