A Proclamation
Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Maori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, The Right Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, the Governor-General of New Zealand, declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be road.

All those pieces of roadway being part 10B Ranginui Block, containing 296 square metres and 441 square metres; shown marked "A" and "B" respectively on S.O. Plan 59047.
Given under the hand of Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 12th day of November 2002.
