-Rodney District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to sections 116 and
117, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares:
(i) Pursuant to section 120 (3), the area firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title 21D/293.
(ii) Pursuant to section 52 (1), the area secondly described shall be set apart for segregation strip and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
