Notice Redefining Purposes for Whose Use and Benefit a Maori Reservation is Set Apart

The Maori Freehold land described in the Schedule hereto was set apart as a Maori reservation by notice in the
New Zealand Gazette, 28 June 1962, No. 41, page 1004, for the class of persons therein stated and, pursuant to section 439 (5) (c) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the purposes
the Maori Reservation has been set apart is hereby redefined as a recreation ground and meeting place including housing for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngatihine tribe.

All that piece of land situated in Block VII, Motatau Survey District and described as follows:

4.3731 Motatau 2, Section 48B1 and being the land contained in the Partition Order of the Maori Land Court dated 26 January 1950.
