Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a camping, recreation, traditional food gathering site and marae, to be known as Te Puna Kaihiki Maori Reservation for the common use and benefit of the owners of Kaihiki 1D and their descendants.

Part that piece of land situated in Block IX, Kerikeri Survey District and described as follows:
Area ha Being
2.0200 Kaihiki 1D, being part of the land contained in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated29 June 1911.
