Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated 29 April 1994, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 May 1994, No. 42, page 1580, by adding to the recital that the land be acquired for purposes of a road
"subject to easement certificate B. 125691.2."
