Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated 7 April 1993, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 April 1993, No. 51, page 965, by adding to the recital that the land be acquired for purposes of a road
"subject to easement certificate B. 125691.2."
