Conservation Purposes
Pursuant to section 7 (1A) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation,
the Acting Community Relations Manager, Southland Conservancy, Department of Conservation, declares that the land described in the Schedule is held for conservation purposes.

3.439 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 12382, Part Run 176D, situated in Blocks III and IV, Manapouri Survey District.
